Dr. Simon Fehrenbach

Work and career, public sector, companies and entrepreneurs

Simon Fehrenbach specialises in employment law. He advises both employees and employers and therefore has a comprehensive understanding of their respective interests and the options available to them. He supports employees in particular in matters relating to dismissals, severance payments, termination agreements and the enforcement of claims arising from the employment relationship. In doing so, he attaches great importance to providing a clear legal assessment and a realistic evaluation of the prospects of success. He assists employers in drafting employment contracts, implementing operational decisions in a legally compliant manner and in labour court proceedings. His goal is to avoid conflicts wherever possible or, if they are unavoidable, to resolve them efficiently and in a practical manner.
