Markus Vock is a partner at Lenz Caemmerer and advises private individuals and companies on complex legal and strategic issues. His focus is on tax, commercial, banking and finance law. He has extensive expertise in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions), private equity, contract law and succession planning. He completed his studies at the Universities of Basel and Lausanne, followed by a Master of European and International Business Law (M.B.L.) at the University of St. Gallen.
