Dr. Christian Hochstrasser
Dr. Christian Hochstrasser is a Partner at Lenz Caemmerer. He is among Switzerland’s leading specialists in national and international Transport and Logistics Law. He advises and represents companies in the Transport and Logistics Industry as well as related sectors (including Transport Insurers) in all matters of Transport Law, especially also in Freight, Forwarding and Customs Law. His practice covers Rail Freight, Road Transport, and Inland and Maritime Shipping. A further focus of his work lies in advising on supply chain matters and in the drafting of complex logistics contracts. In addition to his specialisation in Transport Law, Christian Hochstrasser also advises Companies and private individuals on general Commercial matters, in particular Contract, Corporate and Trade Law. He is Co-Author of the Basel Commentary on Freight Contract Law and the Munich Online Commentary on the CMR and Author of various publications in the field of Transport Law. He also serves as a member of several Boards of Directors and Foundation Boards.
