Benjamin Sommerhalder is a junior partner at Lenz Caemmerer since 2025. He advises companies and private individuals on various legal matters. His areas of expertise include corporate law, inheritance law, real estate law, employment law and general contract law. He studied at the Universities of Basel and Geneva and at Trinity College, University of Dublin. He has been admitted to all Swiss courts as a lawyer since 2019. In addition to his legal work, he is a reserve officer in the Swiss Armed Forces Legal Corps and volunteers on the boards of various associations.
