Christian Schlemmer

Christian Schlemmer is a specialist lawyer for labour law, insolvency and restructuring law, and international commercial law. His work focuses on representing and advising employers, managing directors and executives on all matters relating to employment and labour law, and medium-sized companies on (international) distribution law. He also assists companies with the planning and implementation of restructuring measures and advises creditors on enforcing their rights in insolvency proceedings. Mr Schlemmer is chair of the EUROJURIS Group for International Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Contracts. He has been practising as a solicitor since 2001 and is a partner in the firm.
